2.4.3. Logs

Under “Info” –> “Logs”. Users are able to review their own log entries.

These logs show all communications except pings between the RAYNET server and the users hotspots. This is a great place to look for errors as to why your hostpot isn’t connecting correctly. Or if you are transmitting but it’s not appearing on the dashboard.

The logs are limited to the last 50 entries. You can however search for log message content, such as your DMRID or peer id. The system will purge logs after 2 months.

2.4.3.1. Log details

Each log line has a prefix which defines the type of log entry it’s for.

• RPTL - Login Request

• RPTK - Login Accepted

• RPTC - Peer configuration received

• DMR - Radio traffic

• ST - Rewrite a talkgroup for bridge
